摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the difference between ordinary and high -flexion prostheses clinical curative effect after total knee arthroplasty .Meth ods:Select patients from February 2010 to April 2012 in Luzhou Medical College Hospital Bone and Joint Surgery , u-nilateral or bilateral total knee replacement , the implants were high flexion and ordinary type , perioperative and surgical procedures are the same, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after the operation .Results: patients included in the study were followed up for 24 to 48 months, mean 33.2 months.Two groups of patients were stage Ⅰincision healed without knee stiffness , blood vessels and nerve damage , and other complications occurred in one case where the general group after 3 years of infection , mainly because of poor nu-trition for the body, moderate -severe anemia, lower body resistance.2 years after two HSS score, pain score, activity (ROM), the complications, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), a significant difference (p <0.05) preoperative and postoperative evalua-tion .Conclusion:Description total knee arthroplasty function affected by many factors , fake choose just one factor of the degree of flex-ion contracture .关键词
