Abstract
Objective:Explore the influence of pain of traumatic orthopedic patients during postoperative and the Lysholm scale with Artificial joint treatment technology Methods:Select 58 cases of patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from March 2013 to August 2014 as the research object , with method of random Numbers randomly divided them into reduction and internal fixation group (group B, n =29) and artificial joint replacement group (group A, n =29).Record its postoperative VAS (pain score) and the Ly-sholm (knee score) results.Results:(1) VAS score Results: of two groups after treatment were lower before the treatment (P <0. 05), and reduction of the pain index in group A higher than group B (P <0.05);(2) The contrast of knee joint assessment between two groups before the treatmenthad no statistical significance (P >0.05);After treatment, good rate of group A 79.31%was significant-ly higher than that of the group B 48.28%, the obvious differences between groups (P <0.05);(3) A set of postoperative quality of life assessment three standard BP , MH and GH were higher than group B , differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclu-sion:Patients with femoral neck fracture do artificial joint replacement treatment , curative effect is distinct , can help patients to restore <br> the knee function and pain relief as soon as possible ,is worth of clinical promotion .关键词
