摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen .Methods:into the hospital treated 120 cases of gynecological acute abdomen patients in this study were divided into a control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group .The control group received spiral CT examination , observation group received transvaginal color Doppler sonography , compare two methods for common gynecological acute abdomen diagnostic accuracy .Results: Observed ectopic pregnancy , ruptured corpus luteum , ovarian cyst torsion and ovarian endometriosis detection rate was higher detection rate of acute pelvic inflammatory disease than the control group , but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Overall diagnostic accuracy of the observa-tion group was significantly higher , there was a significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound is a simple, repeatable, and diagnostic accuracy rate , etc., have important applications in gynecologic diagnosis of acute abdomen .关键词
