摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical curative effect of estrogen joint metronidazole atrophic vaginitis .Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital in February 2013 to February 2014 were treated 72 cases of patients with atrophic vaginitis , divided into re-search group and the control group , simple control group patients'metronidazole , the team is on the basis of the control group treatment with estrogen therapy, and compared the clinical effect of two groups of treatment .Results: After treatment, two groups of endometrial thickness was no significant difference (P >0.05);After treatment, the research group total effective rate , the percentage of the surface cells, vaginal pH value and cleanliness, compared with the control group was statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclu-sion:Atrophic vaginitis patients'joint metronidazole is significant , the effect of estrogen can effectively improve patient quality of life , is worth popularization and application in clinic .关键词
