摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of rehabilitation of enhancing gravity transform on patients with Unilateral spatial neg -lect after stroke.Methods:During October 2012 and November 2014,68 patients with unilateral spatial neglect (USN) after stroke were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups ( treatment group and control group ) .Patients in both group were given Neology treatment ,re-habilitation therapy , and other necessary treatment .The patients in treatment group were treated with enhancing gravity transform training .All patients were assessed by Berg balance scale ( BBS ) for balance and modified barthel index ( MBI ) for activities of daily living (ADL) before and 4weeks later .the difference of USN between 2groups were assessed by line -bisection test, line cross-out test and clock drawing test.Results::After treatment all assessments ,including BBS, MBI, line-bisection test, line cross-out test and clock <br> drawing test ,were improved (P<0.01), but treatment group higher ( P<0.05).Conclusion: Rehabilitation therapy of enhancing gravity transform is beneficial to improving the balancing capability , ADL and USN of patients after stroke .关键词
