梧州市社区高血压病人服药依从性调查与分析
The Factors of Affecting Oral Medication Compliance of Patients with High Blood Pressure

Abstract
Objective:To understand the factors of affecting oral medication compliance of patients with high blood pressure in the community of Wuzhou City and provide the basis for formulating interventions .Methods:In 2012 , we took 300 cases of patients with high blood pressure in the northern community of Wuzhou City as the research objects , and used self-designed medication adherence question-naire survey and analysis.Results:Among hypertension patients in community , good medication adherence is up to 117 people,making up 39.3%.Testing every investigated factor by X 2 shows that eight factors such as income , kinds of drugs have no statistical difference (P>0.05)in medication compliance of patients .The unconditional logistic regression analysis of many factors about ten factors such as the blood pressure monitoring with statistical significance (P <0.05), social support shows that the patients'taking drugs in the long term(P=0.001) suggested by the doctor, the awareness of the patients'knowledge of hypertension(P=0.000)and high utilization degree of so-cial support (P =0.000) are protection factors and that they need assistance while taking drugs is dangerous factor .Conclusion:That the doctor suggests the patients'taking drugs in the long term , improving the awareness of the patients'knowledge of hypertension and high utilization degree of social support contribute to improving medication compliance , while needing help when the patients are taking drugs declines medication compliance .关键词
