摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Chubi Tongluo decoction combined with etoricoxib in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis . Methods:From 2010 December to 2014 March,148 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients treated in our hospital , were divided into the control group of 52 cases and observation group 96 cases, control group with etoricoxib treatment , the observation group with Chubi Tongluo decoction combined with etoricoxib treatment , compare and observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups patients .Re-sults:52 patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 80 .77%, 96 patients in observation group the total effective rate of treatment was 95.65%.The comparison between the two groups , the observation group was better than the control group , P <0. 05, the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion:Chubi Tongluo Decoction combined with etoricoxib in treatment of acute gouty arthritis has clinical curative effect significantly , worthy of clinical application and popularization .关键词
