Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application and curative effect of metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart fallure.Methods:select 100 cases in our hospital in 2012 January to 2014 January were elderly patients with CHF, random-ly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group with metoprolol treatment, compared two groups of treatment efficacy and safety of 6 months.Results:patients in test group 46 cases total effective treatment, significantly higher than the control group (35 case,s P<0.05);experimental group after treatment, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure index was obviously less than that of the control group (P<0.05), LVEF was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05), LVEDD, LVESD were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05);but the bad reaction rate was obvi-ously higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:It could significantly improve the efficacy of metoprolol in treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart fallure, improve the index of heart function, ventricular remodeling intervention, but it will increase the incidence of adverse reaction, and therefore should be given individual treatment under the guidance of a doctor, to reduce adverse reac-tions, improve the tolerance.关键词
