奥氮平与奋乃静治疗脑器质性精神障碍对比研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the effect and adverse reaction of olanzapine and perphenazine in the treatment of braln organic mental disorder.Methods:110 cases of mental disorderscaused by organic braln patients, were randomly divided into control group ( Fen Naljing group) and observation group( olanzapine group) two groups,The control group of 57 cases were given treatment with perphenazine,The observation group of 53cases were given olanzapine treatment.Results:Comparison of two groups of PANSS, positive symptoms, negativesymptoms score before and after treatment,were significantly decreased (P<0.05),After treatment,compared with control group, the observation group was better than the control group( P<0.05);The total efficiency of two groups, the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Adverse reactions of two groups, the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Olanzapine in the treatment of braln organic mental disorder should have good curative effect, while the incidence of adverse reactions might be low, to a lesser extent, safe and well tolerated.关键词
