Abstract
objective:to investigate the use of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction clinical effect.Meth-ods:select our hospital 90 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (mi) as the research object, the clinical data were retrospec-tively analyzed.All of the patients in accordance with the principle of random divided into two groups, control group 45 routine nursing care, observation group 45 cases with clinical nursing path way, compared two groups of clinical effect.Results:observation group average length of hospital stay, average cost, average bed time were significantly lower than the control group, the disease knowledge score and nursing sat-isfaction is significantly higher than the control group, compared significant difference (P <0.05), with statistical significance.Conclu-sion:using clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction can shorten patients lie in bed and hospitalization time, ea-sing the burden on health care, nursing satisfaction might be higher, should be worthy of popularization and application.关键词
