摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the Vitalstim neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with the clinical curative effect of acu-puncture for treatment of children with cerebral palsy salivation.Methods:A randomized control method, 38 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 19 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Vitalstim neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with acupuncturetreatment, the control group was given simple massage acupunc-turetherapy.Salivation degree of two groups were compared before treatment and after treatment of 3 courses.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Vitalstim neuromuscular electrical stimula-tioncombined with acupuncture for treatment of children with cerebral palsysalivation clinical effect is obvious.关键词
