Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension in a com-munity with the community, and summarize the nursing experience of related.Methods:The investigation in the community of 200 old patients with primary hypertension, and were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional antihypertensive drug treatment and nursing.The intervention group on the basis of comprehensive nurse intervention, the time for one year.Comparison of two groups of patients with adverse changes in lifestyle, medication compliance of hypertension prevention and control knowledge, master degree, hypertension control standards etc.Results:After 1 years of comprehen-sive nursing intervention, intervention and prevention knowledge group of hypertensive patients with master degree, adverse changes in lif-estyle, medication compliance of hypertension control, compliance rate was significantly higher than the control group (p＜0.05) Con-clusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control or improve the community elderly patients with hypertension dis-ease, maintain physical and mental health, improve life quality, is a kind of effective method.关键词
