摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the clinical application and therapeutic effect evaluation of the apheresis platelets in Maoming area. Methods:The MCS+blood cell separator was used to collect the platelet.The clinical application of apheresis platelets which was col-lected from January 2013 to May 2014 in a hospital in Maoming was analyzed.And the therapeutic effect of the 375 patients of different kinds who were infused the apheresis platelets was researched.Results:The infusion effect of the apheresis platelets was remarkable.The efficiency of the first infusion was as high as 93.5%.The average efficiency was 85.3%.Through the analysis, it was found that the infu-sion efficiency gradually decreased as the infusion times increased.Conclusion:When the apheresis platelet transfusions might be applied to clinical prevention and treatment of different kinds of bleeding caused by thrombocytopenia and platelet dysfunction, its therapeutic effect should be remarkable .But the medical workers should be cautious enough when using it .关键词
