Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of limb function in stroke.Methods:The control method on 80 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation nursing intervention group 40 cases and routine nursing group in 40 cases.Observation group nurses actively involved in early rehabilitation and nursing care of patients, the control group only were given routine nursing.Comparative observation on motor function of two groups of patients to improve the situation ( using the simplified Fugl Meyer dynamic functional rating scale FMA) and ability of daily life to improve the situation ( modified Barthel index MBI) .Results:The re-sults showed FMA and MBI before treatment in two groups had no significant difference in scores of general information (P>O.05), 6 weeks after treatment were observed in group FMA and MBI scores were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing on limb function recovery of stroke patients might have a significant role in promoting.关键词
