摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study of fetal distress related factors and the corresponding nursing measures.Methods:between January 2012 and June 2013 in our hospital to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 350 cases of fetal distress, split into observation group and control group randomly 175 cases, respectively take different approach to care, and comparing the rightness of neonatal asphyxia and mortality.Results:the observation group of neonatal asphyxia rate and case fatality rate significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Fetal distress might have a variety of causes, was the key cause of fetal asphyxia death, therefore, pregnant women take scientific diagnostic measures to cope with the situation, to find fetal distress condition in a timely manner, and targeted delivery methods and nursing measures, could effectively reduce the neonatal mortality.关键词
