摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of pronator quadratus muscle branch transfer to deep branch of the ulnar nerve for the treatment of high level ulnar nerve injury.Methods:4 cases of high level ulnar nerve injury were treated by transfering pronator quadratus muscle branch of the anterior interosseous nerve to deep branch of the ulnar nerve.Results:All patients had substantial postoperative fol-low-up.Intrinsic hand muscle power recovery to M2 in 1 case, M3 in 1 case and M4 in 4 cases.There were 3 patients had significantly improved in claw hand.Conclusion:The operation of pronator quadratus muscle branch transfer to deep branch of the ulnar nerve had good outcomes.关键词
