摘要
Abstract
Objective:Assess the patellofemoral degenerative effect on Oxford unicompartmental knee replacement Methods:During the 2012-2015 period were treated in Oxford unicompartmental knee replacement in the region 68 patients, 72 knees,, using the patel-lofemoral scoring system of Jones to assess the patellofemoral joint degeneration.Results:Postoperative patients with patellofemoral degen-erative SF-12 score of 33.6 points, AKS scoring 25.8 points .with no patients with patellofemoral degenerative AKS scoring 28.6 points.SF-12 score of 33 points.two groups were compared, no significant differences.Conclusion:Preoperative patellofemoral degen-erative changes do not affect Oxford unicompartmental knee replacement.关键词
