Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of visual soft lens positioning laryngoscope assisted laryngeal mask airway in clinical. Methods:From 2013 January to 2014 April in our hospital undergoing laryngeal mask airway in supine position under general anesthesia operation in 90 patients, by using the method of random number table divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45), the observation group use laryngoscope assisted photopic soft lens positioning method for insertion of the laryngeal mask, the control group using the traditional blind method for insertion of the laryngeal mask, confirmed laryngeal mask position by auscultation;one time intubation compared two groups of patients with success rate, failure rate, inserted endotracheal tube extubation laryngeal mask airway sur-face has no blood and the incidence of postoperative sore throat.Results:In the observation group, one time intubation success rate was 91.1%, no failure in cases of modified tracheal catheter, 4 cases of postoperative sore throat; observe the success rate of only 66.7%group one time intubation, intubation catheter failure in 8 cases, postoperative extubation was 9 cases, 11 cases of sore throat.Comparison of the two group, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:The laryngoscope assisted visual soft lens positio-ning LMA, can effectively improve the success rate of intubation laryngeal mask and the arrival rate, reduce complications, greatly impro-ving the safety in operation of laryngeal mask airway intubation in.Especially for the Department and doctor had to carry out the business.关键词
