摘要
Abstract
Objective:the aim of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:Patients with GDM were randomly assigned to the insulin pump therapy group and the repeated subcutaneous injection group,and each of 18 cases.Results:The differences between the time of the blood glucose to normal standard, the length of stay and the hypoglycemia were observed and compared ,which were decreased obviously in the observation group than in the control group .Conclu-sion:The application of insulin pump could make blood glucose control effectively and shorten the hospitalization time , and to reduced the incidence of hypoglycemia.It was worth in the clinical application.关键词
