Abstract
Objective:To analysis and on patients with severe acute pancreatitis during continuous vein hemofiltration therapy nursing methods and effect.Methods:Our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 admitted during the period of 40 patients with severe a-cute pancreatitis, give to all of the patients in the conventional treatment on the basis of continuous venous hemofiltration treatment, and according to the situation given targeted nursing measures of patients.To statistics, the cure rate, mortality and APCHEII score of patients before and after treatment, body temperature, heart rate and breathing rate.Results:the patients with severe acute pancreatitis by giving continuous vein hemofiltration treatment, and give appropriate nursing way, after the patient's recovery rate of 80.0%, more smoothly than vital signs before treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion: for patients with severe acute pancreatitis, in its continuity vein hemofiltration treatment, to give scientific and corresponding nursing measures, can effectively control the patient's mortality rate, promote its prognosis.关键词
