摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the intravenous analgesia effect with sufentanil compound flurbiprofen ester of postoperative of Cesar-ean section ,Methods:Choose 80 cases of patients with cesarean section,divided into two groups at random,Sufentanil compound Flurbi-profen ester group ( SF group) and Sufentanil group ( SF group) ,40 cases in each group.Double blind method are used to observe the post-operative 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h analgesic effect and adverse reactions.Results:comparison between two groups of patients with each point VAS a group there was no significant difference .Conclusion:to joint the Flurbiprofen ester and Sufentanil,Could reduce the dosage of Sufentanil,but did not not affect the analgesia effect and could reduce the adverse reaction,for patients with postoperative recovery, should be a kind of ideal analgesia method.关键词
