摘要
Abstract
Objective:To describe the prediction of creatinine level at admission for worsening renal function( WRF) in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:Data was collected in a nested case-control study on 211 subjects who were hospitalized with HF (66 patients with WRF, de? ned as a rise in serum creatinine level≥26.5umol/L[0.3mg/dL], and 145 control subjects ).Compared the differentiation of creatinine level at admission between the two groups, and multivariable analysis was used to identify independent predic-tors for WRF.Get the best critical value of creatinine using ROC curve.Results: Creatinine level at admission was higher in the case group (P<0.05).Creatinine level at admission was a independent predictor for WRF (OR=2.248,95%CI:1.088~4.647).The best critical value of creatinine was 112.85umol/L, sensitivity:0.638, specificity:0.592. Conclusion: Creatinine level at admission was higher in the case group.Creatinine level at admission could predict the occurrence of WRF.关键词
