摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods:88 patients admitted to our hospital with chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group, 44 cases of the control group, the combination of clarithromycin, amoxicillin and omeprazole, the observa-tion group plus BanxiaxiexinTang this basis.Results: The group of patients with total effective rate was 79.55%, significantly higher (65.91%), P <0.05;relapse rate was 4.55%in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (13.64%), P <0.05, the differences were statistically significant;incidence of adverse events between the two groups showed no significant difference, P>0.05.Conclusion:BanxiaxiexinTang combined antimicrobial treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection might have a significant effect, and would not increase the adverse reaction has important clinical value.To observe the curative effect of treatment of chronic gas-tritis with Helicobacter pylori infection with combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine.关键词
