口腔运动干预对早产儿经口喂养护理效果的影响研究
Study on impact of nursing care of preterm infants oral feeding effect of oral motor intervention

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of oral motor intervention nursing on premature infants with early oral feeding.Methods:from 2013 January to 2013 year in December in 120 cases of premature infants hospitalized in our hospital as the research object, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 60 cases.The observation group with oral motor intervention take care and early oral feeding, the control group were only employed for early oral feeding, were compared between the two groups of children with oral feeding effect with the efficacy of nursing evaluation of oral motor intervention.Results:The observation group with complete oral feeding time for an average of 24.71 +5.35d, significantly shorter than the control group children 28.57 +6.41d, the difference was statistically significant ( t=3.58, P<0.01);the observation group with feed efficiency was 10.07 +0.68mL/min, significantly better than the control group of 8.90 +1.01mL/min, the difference was statistically significant ( t=7.44, P <0.01);the observation group with feeding effect (97.38 +4.21)%, significantly better than the control group (92.48 +5.87)%, the difference was statistically significant (t=7.44, P<0.01).Conclusion:Oral motor intervention nursing could shorten the children fully oral feeding time required, improve the feeding efficiency and feeding effect, should have a good clinical effect.关键词
