摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of PFNA and DHS in treatment of unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture in old people.Methods:48 cases of old people with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into PFNA group (24 ca-ses) and DHS group (24 cases) .The time of operation, bleeding during surgery, time to get out of bed to walk, fracture healing time and hip joint function were observed.Results:After surgery, the time of operation, bleeding during surgery, time to get out of bed to walk, fracture healing time and hip joint function in PFNA group were all significantly improved than DHS group (P<0.05).Conclu sion:PF-NA was an ideal method for treating old people with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture because of advantage including easy to oper-ation, less bleeding , lower postoperative complications and increasing the rate of bone healing after applying anti osteoporosis drug.关键词
