Abstract
Objcetive:To investigate the clinical and pathological features of polypoid lesions of gallbladder.Methods: the clinical data and pathology in 98 cases of polypoid lesions of gallbladder science data and imaging data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The clinical symptoms of patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions in 30%is not obvious, the clinical symptoms and the proportion of pa -tients with no obvious difference was statistically significant, P<0.05.Preoperative gallbladder area has tenderness, liver pain and other positive signs were accounted for 68.37%, than no positive signs in patients with 31.63%,P <0.05, the difference was statistically sig-nificant.In98 patients, non tumor patients with polypoid lesions were found in 88 cases, accounting for 91.67%, 10 cases of patients with neoplastic polyps, accounting for 10.2%.Non neoplastic polyps and polypoid lesions in patients with tumor of the proportion of the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05.Non neoplastic polyp lesions in male patients than female patients , or flat, while the fe-male neoplastic polyps lesions in male and female patients than male patients, but the proportion of the difference was not statistically sig-nificant, P>0.05.Patients with non neoplastic polyps with multiple lesions, and neoplastic polyps lesions single lesion.B ultrasound findings and pathological results in 89 patients, the coincidence rate is 90.82%;the CT findings and pathological results in 43 patients, the coincidence rate is 43.88%, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05.Concl usion:Gallbladder polypoid lesions of differ-ent types have different clinical and pathological features, clinical symptoms were not obvious or no positive signs.Non neoplastic polyps with multiple lesions, and neoplastic polyps lesions single lesion.B ultrasound examination diagnosis rate is higher, can become the pre-ferred means of clinical diagnosis of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder.关键词
