摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Progy-nova,misoprostol and lidocaine on the menopausal women who wanted to dislodge their IUD.Methods:169 postmenopausal women who were with IUD,were randomly divided into observation group( n=62) and control group(n=61)The observation group was received Progy-nova orally,vaginal misoprostol and lidocaine before operation.The con-trol group without any treatment before operation.Results: In the observation group, cervical softening was significantly better than the control group.The success ration was 100%significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.The observation group operation time is 2.87 min, compared with control group(P<0.05),there was significant difference.Conclusion:Combination therapy was more safe, simple and with high success ration.It is worth to spread in clinical.关键词
