Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and neurological deficit scores and TCM syndrome score.Methods:132 cases of acute cerebral infarction were random-ly divided into treatment group and control group 68 cases, 64 cases, two groups were given basic treatment, the treatment group plus service promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction, the control group received routine treatment.The nerve function deficit score and TCM syndrome score were compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results:in treatment group, the improve-ment of neurological function deficit scores than the control group (P<0.05); treatment group, TCM syndrome score than the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction in the treat-ment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect is obvious, prominent effect.关键词
