眼B超诊断视网膜裂孔的临床价值探讨

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of B ultrasound observation of retinal holes.Methods:From 2014 March to 2014 May in our hospital, 177 cases of suspected patients with retinal space B ultrasound examination.Results:177 patients with B ultra-sound diagnosis of retinal hole after three mirror examination confirmed the diagnosis of 124 cases, B ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate 70.06%.In 124 patients the dry horseshoe hole in 73 cases, horseshoe hole with retinal detachment in 45 cases, 6 cases of giant retinal tear.Above 88 cases occurred in the temporal, 10 cases of nasal side in 26 cases, temporal below.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis of retinal holes coincidence rate is high, it is worth for clinical use.关键词
