Abstract
Objecit ve:Observing the expression changes of p -tau protein , and neurone apoptosis in hypoxic-ischemic brain damage rats, and exploring their correlations.Method s:Seven-day-old newborn clean Sprague Dawley( SD) rats 80 , were randomly divided into sham operation group and HIBD group, each one got 40.HIBD group established animal model by Rice method, Sham group just ex-posed the left carotid artery, two groups were both decapitated and took the brain at 3h、6h、 12h 、24h、48h after processing.Hematoxylin-eosin ( HE) staining was used to view morphological changes in the hippocampus, immunohistochemical staining to test the expression of p-tau, and terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase( TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling( TUNEL) to test neurone apoptosis.Results:In the sham operation group,there were some p-tau expressions and seldom apoptosis neurone in the periventricular white matter; In HIBD group ,the expression of the positive cells of p-tau at each time point were more than that in the sham operation group,differences are statistically significant(F=95.67,p=0.000<0.05);the neurone apoptosis numbers were more than that in the sham operation group too, differences are statistically significant(F=18.829,p=0.001<0.05).Conclusion:In HIBD group, the expression of p-tau pro-tein and the numbers of neurone apoptosis were obvious than the sham one.关键词
