重症胸腺瘤患者的围手术期护理要点分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the critical analysis of thymoma patients perioperative nursing points.Methods:Selecting in February 2012 to April 2013 for treatment of 80 patients with severe thymus gland inflammation as the research object, according to its digital group-ing method divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of patients with perioperative nursing, control group given conventional nursing care, patients with more patients nursing effect.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%nursing observa-tion group, control group total effective rate was 72.50%, two groups of contrast difference is significant, (X squared =10.0312, P <0.05).Conclusion:Patients with thymoma with severe preoperative nursing, airway nursing can effectively reduce the patient's symp-toms, improve quality of life, is worth promoting.关键词
