摘要
Abstract
objective:To evaluate the application efficacy of Stalock in the fixation of central venous catheter in-stalled through internal jugular vein. Methods:Totally 238 cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups:the ex-periment group(n=120)and the control group(n=118). Stalock was applied for fixation in the experiment group, the conventional suture was applied in the control group. The firmness, contact dermatitis, switching frequency, patient comfort and catheter related infections were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of the central venous cathe-ter falling off, abnormal skin complications of the experiment group, and the catheter related infection were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0. 01), the comfort and satisfaction level of the experiment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0. 05),the dressing frequency of experiment group was lower than that of the control group with significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Stalock combined with 3M transparent patches to fix CVC is advanta-geous to the prevention of catheter displacement and falling off, as well as to reduce the incidence of contact dermatitis and catheter related infections. It can also reduce the switching frequency and improve patients’ comfort level.关键词
