肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肝癌中的研究进展
The process of tumor-associated macrophages in hepatocellular carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
The relationships between the tumor-associated macrophage and tumor become a research hotspot in re-cent years, especially hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors. TAMs release multiple cytokines and chemokines mediated immune responses in the tumor microenvironment, they promote the local invasion and distant metastasis by par-ticipating in the epithelial mesenchymal transitions and angiogenesis. This article will discuss TAMs in following aspects:re-cruiment and differentiation,the roles in tumor microenvironment, mechanisms to promote invasion and and metastasis,the pathways linked to HCC and the new treatments targeted TAMs.关键词
