HBV 感染型与非 HBV 感染型肝细胞癌 VEGF 与 CD34的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成关系的研究
Differential Expression of VEGF and CD34 in HBV-related and Non-HBV-related Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Their Correlations with Tumor Angiogenesis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of VEGF and CD34 in HBV-related and non-HBV-related hepa-tocellular carcinoma(HCC)and their correlations with tumor angiogenesis,thus to further the understanding of the molecular mechanisms for HCC arising from different etiology.Methods:Sixty-one HCC tissue specimens were collected from the surgical resection and tumor biopsies tissue which confirmed by pathology in Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences &Si-chuan Provincial People's Hospital by random number method.The tissue samples were separated into two groups,with HBV infection or without HBV infection which was determined by the serology and immunohistochemistry analysis of HB-sAg.The expression of VEGF and CD34 was determined by immunohistological staining on the sections from the HCC tis-sue samples using the SABC immunohistochemical method.Then microvessel density (MVD)was detected in those sam-ples.Furthermore,the MVD was compared in VEGF-positive group and VEGF-negative group,and then the relationship between the expression of VEGF and MVD in HCC and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The ex-pression rates of VEGF and CD34 in the HBV infected group were 72.22% and 55.56% respectively ,which were higher than those of the group without HBV infection (40.00% and 28.00% respectively,P <0.05).Meanwhile,the MVD of HBV infected group was higher than that of the group without HBV infection (P <0.05 ).The MVD of VEGF-positive group was higher than that of VEGF-negative group(P <0.05).The MVD and VEGF expression rates were without signifi-cant difference in groups with different gender,age,diameter of tumor and with or without portal vein tumor thrombus(P >0.05).While the MVD and VEGF expression rates were significantly different in groups with different TNMstage and Ed-mondson pathological grade (P <0.05),with the increase of TNMstage and Edmondson pathological grade,the expression rates of MVD and VEGF were increased too.Meanwhile,the expression rates of MVD and VEGF in HBeAg-negative group were higher than those of HBeAg-positive group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The expression rates of VEGF,CD34 and MVD in HCC patients with HBV infection were significantly increased comparing with those of HCC patients without HBV infec-tion,which inferred that HBV infection up-regulated the expression of VEGF and CD34 in HCC.The over-expression of VEGF and CD34 will promote angiogenesis in the tumors,which will lead to tumor invasion and metastasis.关键词
