临床护理路径在结节性甲状腺肿手术患者中的应用

Abstract
Objective: To discusses the efficacy of clinical nursing pathway applied in the patients who accepted nodular goiter surgery. Methods: Patients were divided into observation group and control group. In the observation group, patients were under the guidance of clinical nursing pathway while in control group were arranged by conventional nursing methods. Parameters as the hospitalization duration and expense, postoperative adverse reaction, the understangding status of health knowledge, the satisfaction scoring of patients were compared between these two groups. Results: The hospitaliza-tion time was (8. 29 ± 0. 61) d in the observation group and (12. 42 ± 0. 86) d in the control group, with statistically sig-nificant difference (P < 0. 05). The hospitalization expense was RMB (15 837. 26 ± 927. 48) in the observation group and RMB (16 124. 37 ± 1 027. 69) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in the control group with significant difference (P < 0. 05). The understanding rate of the health knowledge in the observation group was 93. 27% , higher than the 78. 57% in the observa-tion group, with significant difference (P < 0. 05). The satisfaction scoring of the patients in the observation group was (23. 56 ± 4. 92), higher than the (17. 15 ± 4. 52) in the observation group, with significant difference (P < 0. 05). Con-clusion: The application of the clinical nursing pathway in the patients who underwent nodular goiter surgery can reduce the hospitalization time and expense, lower the adverse reaction, improve the understanding of the health knowledge, as well as increase the satisfaction scoring. It is a good way to improve the nursing quality and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
