高海拔地区外绝缘修正方法OA
Outer Insulation Amended Method of High-altitude Area
目前我国现行电力产品对高海拔外绝缘修正采用的标准不同，有的采用GB 311.1—1997标准、有的采用IEC标准，对以上两种标准的校正因数进行比较并得出采用IEC标准更优的结论，同时提出空气间隙、爬电距离高海拔修正的方法。
At present,two standards are adopted for electrical equipment outer insulation amended method of high-altitude area. One is GB 311.1 and the other is IEC standard. With comparing correction coefficient of the two standards,IEC standard should be adopted. The amended methods of air interstice and creep age distance are provided for high-altitude area.
