Abstract
Traditional land registration is affected by time and space.It restricts the improvement of work efficiency.In this paper,based on the integration and standard of traditional land registration process,the public oriented comprehensive land registration system has been built based on the Internet,workflow and other advanced technology.It breaks the limits of time and space,and make the business management and query whenever and wherever possibly.This system sends the key information to the users by using SMS notification.The innovation of this system lies in using the two dimensional code on the land certificate to encrypt it.This system can effectively improve land registration work efficiency.关键词
