Abstract
Reducing the production cost of manufacturing enterprises ,and promoting the applica-tion of lean production have a higher requirement measurement on speed and accuracy of the standard working hours .Based on the analysis of the traditional standard working hour′s deter-mination method and theory ,we construct a standard working hour′s determination model based on product batch production to meet the many varieties ,small batch production mode of market demand ,and provide theoretical reference for IE to improve practical work .关键词
