基于 FCE 的桥梁运营阶段风险分析
Risk estimation in bridge operation stage based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
摘要
Abstract
In order to control bridge accident at the source and improve the safety performance at the bridge operation stage ,risk assessment mode ,risk acceptance criteria and risk level evalua‐tion criteria were established from the mechanism of risk .Then ,taking into account the risk loss of uncertainty and ambiguity ,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the consequences of fail‐ure was created based on the fuzzy mathematics method and analytic hierarchy process to quantify the risk of loss and complete risk evaluation .Example show s that the method is feasible and ef‐fective .关键词
