论内河航运的可持续发展
Sustainable development of inland navigation transportation
摘要
Abstract
The sustainable development of inland navigation transportation is a part of the whole national sus⁃tainable development, but there have been few researches about sustainable development of inland navigation trans⁃portation so far. Therefore this paper aimed to summarize the research achievements of some scholars at home and abroad, apply the rich theory of sustainable development to inland navigation transportation, analyze the main com⁃ponents of inland navigation system by means of system theory, consider the effects of climate change to inland navi⁃gation transportation mainly from precipitation and air temperature comprehensively, discuss the close relationship between climate change and inland waterway transport, offer some concrete management measures and suggestions which are suitable for inland navigation transportation, take an example of analytic hierarchy process to describe the evaluation steps of sustainable development of inland navigation transportation, evaluate the degree of sustainable development of inland navigation transportation quantitatively, finally as a case study of the sustainable develop⁃ment course of the German Kiel canal, emphasize the importance of balanced development of economy and ecology.关键词
