通过深入调查347个中国非金融对外直接投资案例，分析量化各种海外投资风险，将中国的海外投资风险量化为风险指数，为中国企业海外投资提供风险预警。
Through the in-depth investigation into 347 Chinese non-financial foreign direct investment ca-ses,the risks a variety of China’s overseas investment have been analyzed and quantified into risk index which can provide risk early warning for Chinese enterprises’ overseas investments.
