“大众型精英教育”模式及其制度建构
Popularized Elite Education Model and Its System Construction
摘要
Abstract
The current problem of “Popularized Elite Education”is mainly that it lacks differentiation and classification on exclusive system management and competes excessively,which accordingly causes over-use,overdevelopment and immense waste on higher education resources. Therefore, the paper holds that“Popularized Elite Education”model should be constructed.Its core feature is to integrate and differentiate the disorder education demands concentrated at higher education field according to classification,grading and hierarchy on exclusive system management,moreover,to reduce students' selective blind zone on professional study,development and innovation by establishing relative close relation among investment and financing,en-rollment,education,grants,degree,employment and assessment.关键词
