Study of Efficiency of Scientific and Technological Innovation System Based on the Triple Helix Theory:A Case Study of Beijing
摘要
Abstract
In the context of deepening economic globalization,the innovation ability is becoming the im-portant index in measuring the economic development and core competencies. Triple helix innovation theory describes the internal driving force of the innovation main interaction,its contribution to the running innova-tive mechanisms in different regions and making up for the shortcomings of the existing theories of innova-tion,also improving the whole society's efficiency of the technology innovation.An empirical study was used to demonstrate the imperfect of the Beijing science and technology innovation efficiency in the basis of DEA.There are some questions exist in it,such as the environment in innovation,inadequate technology industry, the irrational structure of technological innovation intermediary service system and so on.Finally this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
