Abstract
This paper establishes three models:a mathematical model of national level,which is applied to ana-lyse the influence of foreign direct investment on the growth rate of nation's innovation,a game model of enterprise level,which is applied to analyse the behavior of technology spillovers,and a mathematical model of the enterprise level,which is used to analyse the behavior of technology seekers.The paper analyses the mechanism of technology seeking foreign direct investment based on the three models above.关键词
