滚珠丝杠副磨损失效机理研究进展
Review on the wear failure of ball screw mechanism
摘要
Abstract
There are a series of technical problems in the application of the ball screw mechanism in the machine tool,aerospace and automation field,such as short service life,thermal effects,poor reliability and high wear rate. Therefore,it is necessary to make systematic analysis and intensive review of the wear failure of ball screw mechanism. The characteristics of contact mechanics and frictional mechanics of the ball screw mechanism are summarized. The retrospection of the development history and status of the wear failure of ball screw is summarized and commented form the aspects of failure mode,wear model,material performance and diagnosis. Finally the key problem of solving the wear failure of ball screw is presented.关键词
