摘要

Abstract

The original experimental instrument for measuring the pressure transducers characteristicshave some problems,such as low accuracy,complexity and poor description.Based on singlechipmicrocomputer and computer analysis, a system for measuring the characteristics of pressuretransducer is designed.The main circuit consists of precision instrument amplifier AD620,ADC0809,MCS51 SCM and MAX232 etc.By collecting the voltage of nonbalanced electric bridge andanalyzing the data by computer,characteristic results such as sensitivity,linearity and hysteresis errorwill show up in the computer interface which is compiled by VB.Results show that the system cangive higher accuracy and more intuitive characteristic curve.
