Abstract
considering the problem of the recruitment of coal mining enterprises in the west, put forward countermeasures to improve the recruitment of job performance: clearing the job requirement ; adding "talent assessment center";improving the enterprise recruitment strategy;paying attention to employee personal life and entrepreneurial culture construction;and improving the wages of staff treatment.关键词
