Abstract
aiming at the management of labor relations problems of China's state-owned coal mining enterprise in the new situation, and provides some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the management of labor relations, the paper is divided into four parts. Given the similarity conditions of labor relations in state-owned coal enterprises of our country, so the research on our country state-owned coal mining enterprises to improve labor relations in enterprises has certain reference function.关键词
