摘要

Abstract

Selected the Zaozhuang coal gangue as raw material, study the high temperature roasting and acid leaching medium hydrochloric acid as leaching to extract the aluminum oxide from coal gangue. The main affecting factors include the calcination temperature and time, hydrochloric acid concentration, solid-liquid ratio, reaction temperature and acid leaching time, by experiments to determine the optimum process conditions that is calcining temperature of 700 C, calcination time 30min, 60mL acid, solid-liquid ratio 1:6, the leaching time 2 h, reaction temperature 105 C, under the best condition, alumina leaching experiment results show that the dissolution rate of al2O3 was 11.6%.
