摘要
Abstract
In order to research the effect of different nitrogen level on soybean nitrate reductase and root activity by using pot experiments and lab analysis in soybean variety Dongnong48 and Hefeng45. The results showed that NR and root activity has obviously changed with two varieties at after different nitrogen treatment. The nitrate reductase and root activity in the leaves of soybean were different significantly at every stage, which NR and root activity were highly at pod-setting and seedling. Comprehensive analysis showed that appropriate nitrogen levels could be increased nitrate reductase and root activity for accumulation of photosynthate.关键词
